1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of Users of the GoGym mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), owned by Individual Entrepreneur “TITAN”, email: devs@gogym.kz.
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of Users when processing their personal data in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
1.3. By installing and using the Application, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we collect

2.1. When registering and using the Application, we may collect the following categories of data:
2.1.1. Surname, first name, patronymic;
2.1.2. Date of birth;
2.1.3. Phone number;
2.1.4. Email address;
2.1.5. Profile photo;
2.1.6. Payment data (via integrated payment systems);
2.1.7. Geolocation (optional, for searching nearby facilities);
2.1.8. Data on activity within the Application (bookings, payments, reviews);
2.1.9. Device information (IP address, model, OS, application version).

3. Purposes of data collection

3.1. We process personal data for the following purposes:
3.1.1. User registration and identification;
3.1.2. Organization of interaction between Clients, Coaches, and Sports Facilities;
3.1.3. Ensuring the operation of payment functions;
3.1.4. Accrual of bonuses and maintenance of transaction history;
3.1.5. User support and maintenance;
3.1.6. Service quality improvement;
3.1.7. Sending marketing newsletters and notifications (with the User’s consent);
3.1.8. Protection against fraud and abuse.

4. Legal basis for processing

4.1. Grounds for processing personal data:
4.1.1. The User’s consent expressed upon registration in the Application;
4.1.2. Necessity for performance of a contract (provision of services through the Application);
4.1.3. Compliance with legal requirements;
4.1.4. Legitimate interests of the Administration in the development and protection of the service.

5.1. Personal data is stored on secure servers that comply with information security requirements.
5.2. We use technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
5.3. Data retention period — throughout the entire period of use of the Application and up to 3 years after Account deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

6.1.1. Partners — Coaches and Sports Facilities, for booking and service delivery purposes;
6.1.2. Payment systems for processing payments;
6.1.3. Authorized state bodies upon request and on legal grounds;
6.1.4. Contractors for application support and administration (under confidentiality agreements).
6.2. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties without legal grounds.

7. User rights

7.1. The User has the right to:
7.1.1. Receive information about their personal data and how it is processed;
7.1.2. Request correction, blocking, or deletion of data if it is outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully processed;
7.1.3. Withdraw consent to data processing (which may result in limitations on the use of the Application);
